Paul Nolan
Senior Fixed Income Analyst
Mr. Nolan is a Senior Fixed Income Analyst for the Research Department. He has nearly ten years of combined investment industry and government finance
related experience. Mr. Nolan is responsible for providing both the municipal and taxable portfolio management teams with fixed income credit and
market research. Prior to joining the Company in April of 2006, Mr. Nolan was employed by Moody's Investors Service, where he served as an Assistant
Vice President in the Public Finance Group (Midwest Region) for approximately five years. In this capacity, he was primarily responsible for rating
new general obligation, revenue and lease bonds as well as in bond rating analysis for various housing finance agencies. Previously, Mr. Nolan spent
fours years as a financial analyst working for New York City and The New School University in New York. Mr. Nolan received his M.S. in Urban Policy
Analysis and Management from The New School, Robert J. Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy (NY). He earned a B.A. degree in Political
Science from the State University of New York-Buffalo.
