Christopher A. Nowakowski, CPA
Vice President and Senior Fixed Income Analyst

Mr. Nowakowski is a Vice President and Senior Fixed Income Analyst with a specific focus on municipal bond analysis. He has twenty years of investment industry experience, which he accrued while working in both research analyst and accountant positions at Allstate Investments. Prior to joining the Company in August of 2011, Mr. Nowakowski provided investment recommendations and active monitoring within a multi-billion dollar municipal bond portfolio at Allstate. In this capacity, he analyzed individual issuers and sectors, including both state and local tax-backed bonds, airports, health care, water/sewer and investor owned utilities. Before performing municipal bond analysis, Mr. Nowakowski worked as a senior accountant in the Investment Operations division. Prior to his affiliation with Allstate, he was with LaSalle Partners and Arthur Andersen & Company, serving as an accountant and auditor, respectively. Mr. Nowakowski is a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) and is a member of the Chicago Municipal Analysts Society and the National Federation of Municipal Analysts. He earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from DePaul University and an M.B.A. degree in Finance from Northwestern University.
