Bradley D. Mincke
Vice President and Senior Fixed Income Analyst

Mr. Mincke is a Vice President and Senior Fixed Income Analyst, with a specific focus on municipal bond analysis. He has nearly twenty-five years of investment industry experience, having been employed at Van Kampen Investments from 1988 to April 2008 performing credit analysis, publishing research reports and teaching credit fundamentals to junior analysts. For the last ten years, Mr. Mincke was a senior fixed income analyst, playing a key role in the acquisition and surveillance analysis of municipal bonds as a generalist in the research department. Prior to his service with Van Kampen, he was an analyst at Nuveen Investments for over four years. Mr. Mincke is a member of the Chicago Municipal Analysts Society and authored a chapter in The Handbook of Municipal Bonds in 2007. Further, he was named to the 2007 First Team - Higher Education of All-Star Municipal Bond Analysts published by SMITH’s Research & Ratings. Mr. Mincke earned a B.S. degree in Business & Marketing at Northern Illinois University.
