Mr. Schuman serves as Central Regional Sales Manager for separately managed account (SMA) business throughout the broker/dealer community in the central part
of the U.S. He has ten years of investment industry experience. Mr. Schuman is responsible for facilitating and supporting the development of new business
in this region from financial consultants/advisors affiliated with both taxable and tax-exempt SMA programs. In this role, he is charged with providing a
broad scope of service to advisors and their clients that includes visibility at key advisor offices and sponsored industry conferences as well as systematic
follow-up to broker inquiries and requests. Previously, Mr. Schuman served as the Company's Managed Account Analyst since June of 2005. Prior to his
service here, Mr. Schuman served as Senior Private Client Associate for Bernstein Investment Research and Management, where he was responsible for
coordinating a team of associates to service a client base of high net worth individuals. He also previously held investment services positions at Strong
Investments as well as Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He received his B.B.A. degree in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
