Timothy H. Cook
Managing Director - Operations & Information Technology

Mr. Cook, with thirty-one years of investment industry experience, is responsible for overseeing the Company’s Operations which include client accounting and performance reporting, as well as for account administration and trade operations. In addition, Mr. Cook is responsible for the Information Technology functions at the firm including personal computer support, hardware infrastructure and application development. Previously, he served as Vice President of Van Kampen Management Inc. and Director of Reporting/Administration for the Separate Account Management Group.

Prior to his career at Van Kampen, Mr. Cook was an Associate Economist at Continental Bank, responsible for regional economic analysis, country risk evaluation, and economic database maintenance. Mr. Cook received his B.A. degree in Economics from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. degree in International Business and Finance from DePaul University.
