Client Data/Operations Administrator

Ms. DeSanto is Client Data/Operations Administrator and has twenty-nine years of investment industry experience. In this role, she is responsible for initiating and implementing projects which support the Company’s management of institutional assets and separately managed account (SMA) programs. Her work encompasses virtually all aspects of the Company’s administration and operational infrastructure, which includes ensuring client investment guideline set-up and maintaining internal client account databases and SMA sponsor interface systems. Prior to joining McDonnell, Ms. DeSanto served as Vice President of Operations at Nuveen Investments, responsible for a team supporting the administration and operations of 13,000 municipal SMA and institutional accounts across 40 custodian/sponsor systems, as well as 130 closed and open end retail funds. Ms. DeSanto joined Nuveen after eight years of service at Van Kampen Investments, where she managed a nine-person team that supported trading, analytics and operations for the Van Kampen Funds. Ms. DeSanto began her career in the industry as a competitive municipal underwriter at Continental Bank, after moving to the Bond Department from the lending side of the bank.
