John Dragstrem
Managing Director and Chief Information Officer

Mr. Dragstrem is Managing Director and Chief Information Officer.  He has twenty-six years of experience in the financial services industry, with a broad background that includes financial industry certification as a Certified Financial Planner™.  Mr. Dragstrem joined the Company in April of 2007 and is responsible for managing the Company's Information Technology infrastructure.  From 2004 to 2007, he was President and owner of Financial Outfitters, Inc., a financial planning and investment advisory firm. Prior to serving in this capacity, Mr. Dragstrem was employed by Nuveen Investments from 1999 through 2004, serving as Vice President and Manager of Information Technology.  As Nuveen's lead IT executive, Mr. Dragstrem was responsible for the successful technology integration of several of Nuveen's acquisitions.  From 1982 through 1999, Mr. Dragstrem was employed by Van Kampen Investments as Senior Vice President and Director of Information Technology.  At Van Kampen, Mr. Dragstrem's technology and management leadership was instrumental in integrating the firm's acquisition of American Capital Corporation. Prior to his service with Van Kampen, Mr. Dragstrem was employed by Standard Oil (Indiana) as a Computer Programmer.  He earned his Bachelor of Business degree from Western Illinois University with an emphasis in Quantitative Information Science.
