Ms. Eckert is Corporate Administration Manager and has nearly twenty years of professional experience in the financial services industry. In this capacity, she
is responsible for managing the firm's administrative and
facilities functions, including the management of the firm's
support staff and the supervision of vendor and supplier
relationships. Ms. Eckert serves as the firm's human resources
manager, responsible for benefits administration and coordination
of recruiting and hiring, and she administers the firm's
payroll and accounts payable processes. In addition, she
directs and monitors the firm's personal securities trading
policies and assists in the preparation and completion of
various regulatory filings. From 1987 to October 2001, Ms.
Eckert served in various positions at Van Kampen Investments
Inc., most recently as administration manager of the Mutual
Fund group of Van Kampen Investment Advisory Corp. Ms. Eckert
received her Associate of Business Administration degree
from Robert Morris College of Business in Carthage, Illinois.
