Christopher L. Oswald, CPA
Vice President, Treasurer & Controller

Mr. Oswald has twenty-seven years of financial accounting, reporting, and auditing experience in the financial services industries. He is responsible for the Company’s general accounting and financial reporting functions.

Previously, Mr. Oswald was employed by Van Kampen Investments Inc. and served as Vice President and Corporate Accounting Manager with responsibility for the financial accounting records and regulatory reporting. Prior to joining Van Kampen, Mr. Oswald was Vice President and Financial Reporting Director at Citibank, FSB, and he began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young. Mr. Oswald is a CPA and earned his B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.
