Mari-Heather Birmingham, CPA
Senior Compliance Officer

Ms. Birmingham serves as Senior Compliance Officer and has over ten years of investment industry experience. She is responsible for administering the firm’s compliance policies and procedures and performing compliance monitoring of legal and regulatory requirements. Prior to joining the Company in September of 2008, Ms. Birmingham was Compliance Officer at Fortis Investments (formerly ABN AMRO Asset Management), serving in this capacity for six years. She also held the position of Senior Internal Staff Officer at ABN AMRO North America, where she was responsible for developing and implementing the internal audit program for the capital markets and asset management lines of business. Previously, Ms. Birmingham served as a staff consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and a staff internal auditor for Transamerica Commercial Finance. She earned her B.A. in Accounting and International Business from Dominican University and is a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”).
