Ms. Colombatto is an Operations Supervisor in the Alternative Credit Strategies Group.
From March 2001 to September 2004, Ms. Colombatto was employed by Columbia Management
Group (formerly Stein Roe & Farnham Incorporated) as a Bank Loan Associate in the Bank
Loan Asset Management Group. Ms. Colombatto's responsibilities at Columbia included
reconciliations, data entry and portfolio reporting for the Bank Loan Asset Management
Group's four structured products and two mutual funds. Prior to joining Columbia, Ms.
Colombatto was employed by Founders Bank and Fifth Third in their Trust Departments for ten years.
