Zoltan A. Donovan
Vice President and Senior Credit Analyst

Mr. Donovan is Vice President and Senior Credit Analyst in the Alternative Credit Strategies Group. He has fifteen years of investment industry experience. He served as a credit analyst for the Bank Loan Asset Management Group of Columbia Management Advisors from June 1999 through September 2004. Prior to joining Stein Roe, Mr. Donovan was employed by Imperial Credit Asset Management from October 1998 through June 1999 as an Assistant Vice President and Senior Analyst. Over that period, Mr. Donovan performed credit analysis on leveraged loans purchased by Pacifica Partners I, L.P., a cash flow collateralized loan obligation investment vehicle. Additionally, Mr. Donovan was employed by BancAmerica Robertson Stephens, from March 1998 through September 1998, as an analyst for the loan trading desk, and by Van Kampen Management Inc., from July 1995 through March 1998, as a junior analyst working in its Bank Loan Group. Mr. Donovan received a B.S. degree from Loyola University in 1992.
