This strategy can be defined as credit management delivered to investors in a structured format, typically incorporating leverage. Structured funds are designed to seek to generate returns meaningfully in excess of unleveraged portfolios and are created on an opportunistic basis.

The ACS Group currently manages three collateralized loan obligation funds (CLO) investing in bank loans and high yield bonds: Wind River CLO I Limited, Wind River CLO II Limited and Gannett Peak CLO I. Combined CLO assets total over $1.5 billion.
